Now What?

What is this?

AI has made building cheap — so the hard part moved upstream to figuring out what's actually worth building and shipping it well. That's the question I keep turning over, and this is where I think out loud about it.

I'm writing from the middle of it: I've spent the past year building Piper Morgan, an AI product-management agent, so I'm not just talking about this stuff — I'm shipping it too (and learning a ton the hard way, which is half the point).
